Too much prednisone

So, apparently my doctor says that the other doctors put me on way too much prednisone which reacts in all sorts of ways with my other medicines. Right now I"m dealing with random full body convulsions, shaking, sudden muscle weaknes, joint pain among many other issues. I learned at my doctor's appt that they were supposed to have me on potassium ( Read more... )

Fruits and vegetables all have high levels of magnesium/potassium. Dark green leafy veggies like spinach, kale and chard have high levels of iron in them, as does red meat. Fish has high levels of vitamin D, so if you've got tuna kicking around you're good.
