Well, I've been abandoned all week. I did some volunteering at a local elementary school, but shelving books in the library is not challenging enough for me. I'm suppose to go to the school by my house on Monday morning and see what they are looking for. Wine School Drop Out
Well, after going to the second of the three wine classes Mike and I signed up for, I think I can safely say that I'm going to be a wine school drop out. Day 3 Formula Ford Racing & Camelback Mountain
Today I listened to the lecture on the Formula Ford, open wheel race cars; saw Mike in his racing jump suit, head sock and helmet, and waited till they slid into the cars, started the engines,(They're loud), and sped off down the track before I left. Day 2 The Bondurant Racing School
Today, I hung around the track. Sitting in on the classroom sessions, I was amazed at how much physics these guys know. It was all about reading the turns, braking, clutching and accelerating in order to shift the weight of the car for maximum speed with control. Holiday Nights at Greenfield Village
I like to plan special holiday outings for my parents, since I think they enjoy fun with family more than actual presents.
