Sorry to burst your bubble about the "orbs", but I think the guy who told you that was pulling your leg/throwing a suicide dummy on your gullibility. What you are seeing when you are looking into those ghostly circles is in fact dust particles reflecting the flash from your camera. Prisons are dusty places. The more dust, the more particles in the air reflecting camera flashes, the more orbs.
