I just ran across this link, www.inspotla.org/tell-them,that lets people send anonymous email to people who they may have given a STD to. JESUS H FUCKING CHRIST, has the complete lack of personal responsibility in the U.S.A. gone so far away that we're now afraid to tell someone in person that you may have given them a FUCKING LIFE THREATENING

There's a few points you may be ignoring here... (Or, at the very least, not mentioning)
0 (look... a zero-bullet) - The site does try to get people to inform un- (non- ?) anonymously, citing several reasons.
0 - Since there -are- spineless monkeys who might not have the guts, at least this gives them a way to inform the person they may have infected, once they find out.
0 - The "model user" for this site isn't someone who infected someone else maliciously... the concept is the idiot is having unprotected sex because they -think- they're clean, then they get nailed, and they need to inform everyone they've been with within the "infection window"... Which doesn't relieve them from the responsibility in my mind either... But it's less a punishment issue... I mean, if they have to inform someone, there's at least an implication that that idiot was having unprotected sex, too, right?
