My grandmother was nice enough to get me a CD compilation of nearly every piece Scott Joplin wrote to assist me in learning many of them (a few years back, I bought a book of sheet music which included twelve of his pieces; all originals, not simplified versions). Oh my, yes. So much better than just about any American sketch comedy show, and that includes SNL. Most of the major gags on those shows, Fry and Laurie were doing back in the late eighties. If you're a big fan, you should really check out the other show I mentioned, Jeeves and Wooster. It's more intelligent comedy rather than "Let's dress up as women or walk around a room saying 'DAMN' a lot", which is great in it's own right.
