I've had this ongoing problem with TIme Warner that is making me hate them more and more. It started off that my DVR was only recording a minute of a program. The tech that came to my house said it was because there was a VCR on top of my cable box. I called BS, but did what he said anyway ( Read more... )

Is your dvr a non Time Warner dvr? They sent an update that blocks tivos from working, and then tried to upsell people who called in to complain to the time warner dvr service, saying the problem was tivos (hint: it wasn't).

I'm so close to canceling cable...

What a pain. I guess I need to get through last season's House, so I can watch these ones off my DVR or something.
