Thinking of your icon, I used a hand-mixer from the 60's. Still worked!

That's how my mom makes her mashed potatoes! And they always come out awesome.

And, if you really want to talk about kicking it old-school, I used a big-ass spoon to mix up my mashed sweet potatoes!

Pink really *is* your color =P You're so cute.

The sausage walnut stuffing sounds nummy. I might add sausage to my apple walnut stuffing next time around and see what happens.

Also...pumpkin pie mousse recipe, WANTPLZ!

Glad you had a good holiday <3

The sausage and walnut stuffing is like half sausage. Bunny knows the owner of a really good butcher shop near her who ground some sausage special, with extra sage (important). I cooked the sausage until it just started to brown, cutting it up with a stick of butter (!). Then came the walnuts and the bread mix. It turned out so well.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin pie filling (pumpkin pie filling)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2-1 teaspoon ground ginger

Nilla Wafers

Directions

1 Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
2 Add pie filling, cinnamon, and ginger, beating well.
3 Cover and chill 8 hours.
4 Serve with Nilla Wafers and apple slices.

Simple, yet awesome.

I could use lady-friend, which sounds nice, but I kind of like that my grandfather has a gf.
