Have you thought about Pre-Planning?
Got the oddest call the other night saying that I had won a free burial plot and that a "counselor" would be calling me later in the week. A bit creepy but had to admit pre-planning makes sense. Of course I don't want to be buried and certainly not in Lakewood. I don't even like to drive through Lakewood

But here's what I'd suggest. Schedule the appointment and we'll go meet this counsellor there in Lakewood. I'd wear a floral dress, slippers and a cardigan. I'll also be carrying a Tupperware bowl full of ashes. I could stand over the hole, yell "Eeh eh ehhhhhh!" and throw the small bowl into the hole.
You'd then thank the counsellor politely and tell them that it has helped greatly.
