When my mother was 14 years old, she had what the Doctors said was a terminal Brain Tumor. They told my Grandparents that they had a new procedure that would give them a chance to remove the tumor, But if her dad and mom picked that option, she would be a vegetable with no quality of life. After what I am sure is an agonizing decision they decided
