I took a walk to the town of Lithium Portal today. The place truly is quite too dilapidated for my tastes, though I suppose one could deign to call it "quaint". I have no desire to speak of the place in endearing terms, however ( Read more... )

I'll do my best, Albert. Thanks as usual for your overwhelming confidence in me.

Thank you. It really isn't personal.

I know it might seem as though I am inordinately hard on you, yet someone has to ensure that no shame is brought to our family name, and as the eldest son, that task naturally falls to me. I know you may not yet comprehend all the reasons why this matter is of such import, but someday you'll thank me for it.

[[ ahaha, Albie's floundering XD ]]

((Forgot to reply to this. Ugh, must.catch.up.))

...Um...ok. Don't be afraid to say something to me though... *small smile*

..Can you bring those little muffins you make? I really like eating them in the morning... We're not in the same tent...

We have to ride chocobo's first, don't we? ...ara.

It's not a question of courage. I keep feeling as though I want to say something to you, but I don't know exactly what.

All right. Mini muffins it is. I am honored you enjoy them so much. I know. *slight smirk* Why, are you disappointed, mon ami?

Indeed. *sigh* I am not looking forward to it. I never much cared for riding horses in our world, and riding a big yellow bird seems so... undignified.
