Tuesday Dinner

Leftover caribou meatloaf. Because we are still frugal, and we had leftovers. And we had caribou in the freezer.

Champagne (OK, Prosecco) because we are celebrating. I start my new job on May 19th.

I have some elk loin in the freezer that I need to figure out what to do with. Congrats on the new job. I assume you'll be doing more or less the same thing you have been, but where and for whom?
