We're not in Port Island anymore - we're not even in Japan now. I can't really explain it but we've been brought to another world, it's called Somarium. In fact, this world seems to manifest on energy from our dreams - the device you're holding lets you speak to people like a phone, text them, video chat... And it serves as a means of broadcasting the things you dream about while you're asleep.
