Work Venting

So, I am not getting a raise this year.  Nevermind the fact that my workload has practically doubled in the last year.  Forget that we are still expanding and it is going to get only more intense.  I like the company that I work for, but on days like today I have to remind myself that I have a son and I need the money that this job provides to help

That is a major pile of suckitude. If it helps to know, none of us in my company is getting one either. :P
