So, after reading this (http://taekarado.livejournal.com/21601.html?thread=1592161#t1592161) and with the rest of the hooker!verse on my mind, I was thinking...

Film Brain is the only good thing in Chick's life since Nella left...but Nella's the Chick's 'beleaguered bitch'. I figure no matter what, no matter how many times she leaves, or tries to, she always comes back.

I want Nella to slink back...but FB's there, not Lindsay. Confrontation, y/y? The Old Hand Beat Down by living with the Chick vs. the Young Pup not yet broken by it? They can come to an eventual accord (because hey, they do both care about Chick), or they can be jealous bitter rivals, but I want it to be INTENSE.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAND.....GO!

Holy shit, I wanna do this. I've got where it could go in the timeline (Chick's just started working at the club - not pimping yet, just a club-girl - and since Michaud offered her a new place to stay, FB could be packing for her) but it could be a while. Nella would come back, with arms open and the Chick’s best interests at heart, he knew it. And then they would be happy and they could get away from this place and he hugged himself with happiness. Right now he needed the bathroom, and after that, he was going to find the tea and spend some time with the Chick, just to hold her over until Nella came back for good.

You just had to put that in there, didn't you? I was just a bit wibbly throughout the fic but this broke me completely. *sniffles* Oh, Film Brain's optimism... D:
