Congrats for succeeding in such a difficult endeavor!! It must have been so hard to overcome - but you did it!! Go you :D And it sounds like you learned a lot of important things about your body! I'm in that same sort of place in my eating habits, trying to moderate but not feel too guilty about the rare treat! It's tricky! Thankfully not many things are as addictive as caffeine. You had the real challenge! :)

It's good to see you around again. I hope the rest of your school year is going well. <3

Thank you, your encouragement means so much! (: Yeah, it is really tricky to manage moderating things you love so much, especially food and tea/coffee....
It's great to be back again! How have you been? School is great, I'm feeling pretty full of information but exhausted, ha.

That is so awesome! Because I don't drink as much tea as I used to, and because I almost NEVER drink coffee, caffeine really affects me, as in, it makes me insane and way too awake. Especially when I drink it when I am fully awake. Which is why I avoid coffee. But Starbucks is so good!! Especially those pumpkin spice lattes, haha.
But I am so glad you did quit, for a bit, and started listening to your body!! (:

Yeah, I just think it began to define and affect me more than was healthy. :) I don't know where the inspiration came, it just came out of nowhere one day. I was like, I'm going off tea. And it has definitely helped my stomach!
Thanks for the encouragement, it was pretty hard! Moderation is definitely key.

Yeh, it's good to realize what defines you and be able to step away from it. (:
