Halos isang taon na ata ang makalipas nung nagpost ako ng workout ko sa LJ.
Nakatulong yon sakin, kasi binabalik-balikan ko yon pag nasa gym ako.
Since isang taon na yung nakalipas, dapat lang na magstep up na ako diba, so ito na yung itsura ng bawat lingo ng buwan na ito o kung kakayanin, ng buong summer.

5pm - 7pm: Gym

yung jogging naman, minsan tuloy, minsan hindi eh, so hindi talaga yun steady. ang steady lang, badminton monday and friday and frisbee wednesdays.
alam mo ba na i go to alabang pa to play. haha. i play with my nephews kasi eh. tapos we get a hitting partner to help us out. so astig. haha. :P
