Well, as long as it's still pertinent I'd like to offer my two cents about the recent Livejournal wank. Specifically, these two:
- According to the TOS, LJ is indeed allowed to change up things without telling anyone. It has been this way for years.
- If the userbase does not agree to the Livejournal TOS, they should leave.

Thank-you, because really--what the fuck is that? "Let's not use it for 24 hours...but then go back the following day to using it to show them we won't put up with their shit!" Last time I checked, strikes don't work like that. LJ won't fall apart if you don't use your journal for a day. If you're going to leave, just leave.

Fuuu.... well, one thing I can say for sure, I would not want to be in LJ's PR department right now or ever. I'm afraid even if they gave everyone the straight-up low-down right away, people would still find something to get pissed about... but I guess we won't know for sure what happens until they try that. :\
Maybe we should write a letter to SUP and ask them politely to update the Terms of Service so they can quote it at people?
