its ok...it got worse today because i had to work MYSELF b/c my coach was like i cant help you.. so i stayed an hour after to do extesion diving. what that is is i have two balls rite next to both my feet and jump out to touch a ball. and i go vertical with the ground. and i did that myself with my captain. then i walked home
