I believe they are the same thing (my preference being genderswap).

I think some people make the difference where genderbend is a broader definition to any type of gender disparity from canon, and it serves as a umbrella to other things besides genderswap, like crossdressing, femine/masculine behaviors in males/females, genderplay in sexual connotations and such.
