It’s 9am and I’m already ravenous. I hope this means the transition period doesn’t last as long. Last time I tried this I was still starving and miserable at day 4 so I called it off. I also recommend joining the Yahoo group FastingSupportForum. It's really really helpful, and it has people on a variety of fasts from juice or Master cleanse through to water fasts.

You know, I almost did the master cleanse back when you were talking about it. I got as far as buying the ingredients. Don't remember what stopped me.

I really like the fasting support group. It's very active, and people are very inspiring and helpful. I appreciate that there are a variety of different fasts represented there.
