Wow, sweetie, what a fantastic way to see the films! I love and envy you for the bag you made, it's wonderful. Lee and I went to see it today and we both LOVED it! I don't think it could have been better. As always, Joss rules when it comes to anything comic related. :)

I know! The best part though was that, even with all the big special effects and explosions, there were still tons of character moments, too. :)

this is so awesome! Thank you so much for sharing all the pictures, and the story/`s.

I`ve never done a movie marathon, but I can imagine it to be exhausting, but fun ;D and even more fun if you`re with friends.

well, I haven`t done a marathon in the theater that is, because at home I watched all three extented parts of Lord of the Rings in a row, more than one time, he.

I didn`t watch The Avengers yet, maybe next week. Today I`m going to take the kids to the movies, we have tickets for "Battleship"

It was more exhausting the NEXT day, lol. Actually it seemed to go by pretty fast, I was surprised how easy it was to sit through all 6. I have also done the extended LOTR at home before, but it was about 12 hours compared to this being 17, but we took breaks in between films.

Ooh, tell me how Battleship is, I am torn on if I want to see it or not.

OH GOD AVENGERS WAS SO GOOD. SO SO GOOD. Owen and I wanted to go to the marathon here, but we wussed out (and he had to work) but that's so awesome and I'm so JEALOUSSSSS. <3

We had a good crowd though, just going to the Friday @ 7 show. There was a Thor and a Hulk and people cheered and booed and applauded. I love overly-involved audiences. They seriously make me giddy. I knew we had a good crowd when they legit gave the Dark Knight Rising trailer a STANDING OVATION.

And I love Lil Iron Man! Tony Stark is a magnificent bastard and I love him. *smishes* Glad you had fun!

I am jealous, we did not get a DKR trailer! I love overly involved audiences, too. There is this magical time frame from Midnight Premier to about 3 days into release that the audience is made up of the hard core fan people I want to see a movie with, lol. After the 3 days, then I have to wait a few weeks for my second watch to avoid the annoying mass pop crowd. ;)

TONY STARK IS LOOOOOVE. <3_<3

We got a DKR, a Dark Shadows (which I think looks hilarious, even though I'm kind've over the Johnny Depp/Tim Burton team-ups), Brave (I was like YEAH! And Owen was like meh*shrug*), Battleship (I can't bring myself to care) aaaand...there was something else that I can't remember. ParaNorman maybe?

OH. FRANKENWEENIE. I don't know. It looks cute, but I love the original so hard. And this looks cute, but one of the things I love about the original is that it's kind've twisted and messed up for a Disney movie. Idk.

YES! TIMING IS SO IMPORTANT WHEN YOU WANT THE FABULOUS NERD CROWD!

I picked up a bunch of Iron Man trades on Free Comic Book day. I'm all TONY LET ME LOVE YOU. XD

That sounds like awesome fun! Thanks for sharing it with us.

They were having a similar marathon here in Houston somewhere but it wasn't doable for us because of schedule. *sigh* But funzies. :)

We have however now seen the movie twice, both times yesterday, in full houses at two different theatres. Good tymes! :D :D :D

The awesomeness of the movie cannot be adequately expressed by your humble servant.

Excelsior!
