Hi people!! Thanks so much for all of the birthday messages, it's so nice to hear from my LJ people in this very Tumblr day and age. :)
I just got back from Dragon con!! It was either my 5th or 6th year, lol I lost count. We had a fantastic time - I ran screenings of two of our Star Trek Continues episodes, FINALLY cosplayed Firefly and Star Wars, and participated in several Trek costuming panels.

AND - and this is the big announcement - TheOneRing.net premiered our cosplay parody music video!!

If you are a Lord of the Rings fan, WATCH AND SHARE THIS, IT IS FABULOUS BEYOND WORDS. I was SO blessed to get to be a part of this project, it came about for me as a last minute invite brought on by a chance meeting at a fabric store, and it turned into just one of the most wonderful experiences.  I play Arwen. In Trek news, Star Trek Continues won the Geekie award for best web series!! (SEE MOM I TOLD YOU BEING A GEEK WOULD PAY OFF!) We were also selected to screen my baby, episode 3, Fairest of them All, this week at the Burbank Film Festival. AAAHHHHHH!!!
