Remembering

Because it has been ten years, and because it's still true, here is what I remember most about the events around September 11.

I'm not a pacifist, but that's my ancestry, and I keep in mind that the Mennonites had a point. And all the military people I know who are also Christians, even though it's their job, wouldn't cheer. They probably take it more seriously than I do.

So yeah. I agree with you: cheering a war--any war--is disgusting.
