Nothing is stopping you from asking around for opinions about them, or you could ask them questions personally. Of course, if you think neither of these options feels right to you, no one is forcing you to make any decision.

I believe so, unless they decide to step down or something else forces them to. But also keep in mind that this is more of a representative position instead of the winner being given a lot of power, if that is a concern.

[ He watches Ukitake speak to Adstringendum through the PCD with a swelling chest. Shunsui can't help but be proud of his friend for everything that he has done. He is concerned for everyone, he's campaigning, and he's cheerful to boot. None of this surprises him of course, but it still makes him swell with pride.

Of course there is one thing. Once Ukitake finishes his recording Shunsui smiles widely. He uncrosses his arms and steps toward the desk with a smile. ]
