I have no idea where else to write this, so I guess it's going here. My very first memory of Chrissy is grade 7, when I first met her. We were in a 7/8 split class, and I instantly looked up to her. She was so hilarious, and quirky. In gym class she told me "Shannon, the people in the white coats are coming, don't tell them I hide sharp objects in my rubber room". I just remember laughing. Then she told me all about her imaginary little fairy friends. And she told me when she graduated grade 8, I had to freak out some little *brainer* grade 7, like she did to me. She signed everything *Love and Lollipops, Chrissy*. And so, I started signing everything *Love and Lollipops, Shannon*. I remember when she took me with her youth group, to downtown Toronto at night, it was so we could see how people on the streets lived, and be thankful for what we had. I forgot to inform my Dad... and he flipped, and came and got me. But Chrissy told my Dad she'd look out for me. Chrissy lived behind me, but one house over, and we used to flash flashlights

OMG... I adopted two of her ratties in April, and I just came back to her journal to post some pics for her, so she'd know they were happy and healthy and went to a good home... I'm so sorry to hear this... what a shock...
I apologize, my name is actually Vanessa. I meant to add my name. I only met her once,(the week-end she was moving) but she was really nice, and after reading about all her talents and how she affected people, I can't imagine how you are dealing with this. I have kids too. I hope you find a way to begin to heal. Take care. ~Vanessa

Chrissy, The bad thing about living so far away is not knowing until so long after. Your mother just e-mailed me in response to one i sent you. I miss you, we all do. I want to thank you for all you've done for me over the past 5 years. I love you so much, i hope you knew it then, and still know it now. I am glad you are safe, and I will always think of you as the girl who saved me. I will never forget you or your love.
