What part of Toronto? Lots of legion halls will let you bring in food and booze, but you'll have to get a permit for the booze.

And oh yeah, I'm still alive...

any part of toronto really. central, west, east. somewhere ttc accessible is best.
people will be coming from all over the place.

do you know a specific one that will allow our own booze?

Most of them will, but the quality of the halls differs across the city.

I liked the facilities at the 8th street legion best when I was looking in the west end for places to host my wedding and I found them pretty cheap and well organized. The Long Branch one was not very nice at all in comparison. Both are probably bigger than you're looking for, but cheap enough to make it worth the look.
