*exhales* I really hope this will be good for Greg. Great to see how Greg and Wilson are no longer just master - slave thing, more like friends. :) <3 Lovely.

I love that Nolan talks directly to Greg and almost ignores Wilson. I love that the 'master' gets a harder less comfy chair. : ) It is the little slights that sometimes say the most.

I am worried about Nolan having that much control over Greg and Wilson not stopping by to see him. Can't he just peek through a 1 way mirror so that he knows Greg isn't being hurt? I know Nolan looks good on paper but....

I'm excited to see how different Greg is once he is home.

I think Nolan didn't really approve of Wilson because he was a slave owner, despite Wilson's noble intentions :) Glad you liked that bit :)

Thanks for reading!

Here's hoping your Nolan is good at what he does. I'm very worried for Greg.

I think Greg will be okay :) (although now I'm very tempted to write a dark/evil version of the Mayfield experience...:)

Relieved, couldn't have stood evil Mayfield at this point in the story.

Nothing evil about Mayfield in this story, although it's still not a place I'd want to hang out :)

Nice chapter. You had them move along a lot in this one. I feel like they are on the cusp of major changes. I like the parallel to canon here and the honesty of Wilson being glad he gets to leave. I agree that it was the most stereotypical asylum they could have chosen for the show (and a bit ridiculous IMHO). And yay! for Greg defending Wilson as his friend.

Yes, this is going to be a bit of a turning point for them I think.

I think I'd take one look at Mayfield and run in the opposite direction (especially when the orderlies etc came out and stood on the steps waiting for them :)

Thanks for reading!
