If you just remodeling your house, your legal residence should still be your house. As long as you haven't changed that, you should have no problem getting it.

well, it is our legal residence but we have to be "actually LIVING in the dwelling", not just have it legal and stuff. they're getting really really strict because there's too many people faking it.
