When I got back to my desk today with my Chicken Noodle soup (more on that later), I somehow got sucked into playing Gold Rush. What part of Philly are you at? The David's Bridal at Harbison & the Blvd had a help wanted sign in the window last week. Kill two birds with one stone. Get some money and an employee discount on a dress!

If you're willing to make that trek you could prolly call the Macy's at Roosevelt mall - I bet they could always use people.

Well I already got my dress, but I doubt a discount could hurt on other things. And Macy's would rock too, as I'm sure they have an employee discount and there's a MAC counter at Macy's Cherry Hill. Maybe I could actually afford some.

I worked at Macy's for a holiday season (the experience was so horrific that it's the basis of the novel I've yet to finish), but the discount wasn't worth the hell of working there.

Just my $0.02.

I think working retail over the holidays anyplace is horrific. I worked at Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet though, and that place was crazy even over the summer, so maybe it's just "higher end" stores in general. I'll keep it in mind.
