I need to go on, like, a reverse diet. I'm eating too little given the amount of exercise I do, and basically just tiring myself out without building as much muscle mass as I should. I guess I'll have to, like, start regularly eating "real" lunches now, and maybe eating noticeable amounts of protein. Too bad I don't like steak and generally just ( Read more... )

I've been having the same issue with my breakfast. I bike 10mi in the morning to work and I've not been eating a large enough (sometimes not at all breakfast for the amount of work I do in that ride. I know its not good and I feel far weaker afterwards than I think I should. But yea, waking up with enough time is hard. =P
