i am feeling like complete shit. now ive gotta move and pack too. but its ok. i feel like crying but i cant bc the woman is home and then that wud just suck. i got a bad ass strap for my guitar today. its red with suns on it. its very spiritual. ------to me anyway. i am jsut really self doubting rite now. i feel UGLY/FAT/STUPID/DUMB/ALONE. well

Please don't be so insecure, you're friends don't doubt you, neither should you. I can't shake the feeling of insecurity all the time, but know that things are always trying to improve, you just have to let them. Remember for everything there is a season, life is highs and lows, without that contrast it would be dull. In order to fully understand pleasure, you must fully understand pain. You have experienced you're fair share and beyond of physical and emotional pain, now it's time for you to seize enjoyment. Go and get a book from the library, write some versage, maybe learn a new song, but please, you have had enough doubt to last a lifetime but you are nowhere near the finish line yet. The first step towards turning things around is made in you're mind, easier said than done, but such is life. Hope you have a truly enjoyable week, know that you are in my thoughts and always in my prayers., Paul
