I think "What's your wedding timeline?" is a pretty weird question to ask on a first date, but there shouldn't be anything awkward about asking a date if they see themself getting married or having children in the future... It's a pretty important end-result of the dating process for many people!

Not asking someone's age is a really big WTF. Like "Sorry officer, I was SURE she was 18, but I didn't ask!"
