the last i heard, after a severe bout of diarrhea

oh, and i get asked all the time whether i make non-vegetarian tofu products. i don't think it's a oxymoron at all. i love meaty tofu dishes. spicy mapo tofu with ground pork really should be the apple pie institution of asians. but my perverse private life should remain behind closed doors or at least, behind the closed doors of the local lucky dragon/happy buddha restaurant.
