There was proof of this before, in a now infamous spat with Joe Rogan (of Fear Factor fame), where he actually got other comedians that Carlos stole their bits from to confront him onstage. Now, he does the same thing, this time from an old bit by Bill Cosby!

yeah, Carlos Mencia was a total thief. But with Dane Cook, its a little harder to determine, because Steve Martin also made that joke about funny names 20 years ago. Parallel thinking is common, and the clips of the Dane Cook scandal didn't convince me totally. The Carlos Mencia thing was blatant outright thievery.

Well it wasn't just the name thing either, it was also the one with seeing someone get hit by a car and some other joke as well from the same comedian which was almost word for word. I know it's hard to be original but at least make some kind of effort to switch it up. Actually i'll give Dane credit on that one 'coz he did make it his own joke. But fuck Carlos Mencia! Yeah...
