Untitled #2 (for now)

A little KaiSoo love. Because angst is pain. I don't like pain

Sweet and spicy surrender; that was Kyungsoo’s lips.
Or everything else for that matter, but Kai likes to not think about it much.

And right now it was hard to not think and fantasize of oblivious Kyungsoo’s plump lips swollen pink and taut over other various things as he chewed on them, thoughtfully.

It was a burning hell, Kai would say.

Kyungsoo was debating the pros and cons of salt and pepper, for after years of cooking, his tongue had become more numb than experienced. It was something Kyungsoo lamented daily, and something Kai would like to investigate because if Kyungsoo can’t taste the difference between the Dead Sea or Sehun’s chocolate bubble tea, then would he be able to taste Kai’s skin as he ran his tongue over his collarbones and then make his way teasingly and slowly down his navel to the flap of his boxers only to-

“Taste this,” a spoonful of broth was shoved in his mouth, courtesy of Kyungsoo.

It wasn’t really spicy, but mild. Just the way Kai liked it. But Kai knew that if the kimchi soup wasn’t almost hell-fire, then Chanyeol was sure to pitch a fit. Everybody knows that they don’t want a pouting Chanyeol eating up their conscience.

“Make it a bit spicier,” he advised, handing the spoon back to the cook.

Kyungsoo nodded in that discombobulated way of his, smiling his thanks to Kai, and Kai was awestricken again in the way Kyungsoo’s eyes would scrunch up gleefully and how his once plum lips would stretch wide in a welcoming smile and he couldn’t help it much to reach of cup Kyungsoo’s face in his calloused hands, really; or resist leaning in and just testing his theory of he might not be able to taste me, but I sure as hell will be able to taste him.

And Kai’s theory seems to be right on the mark because Kyungsoo tastes as good as he smells all the time, with that spicy mango shampoo he refuses to let anyone else use.

Sparks still between Kai’s lips and Kyungsoo’s, Kai breaks their lip-lock unsure. It’s not that he’s especially eager to do so, but the sharp intake of breath that Kyungsoo took as their lips met is enough to tell Kai to take things slow.

Kyungsoo is a fumbling mess, at least more than usual, but the rosy tint in his cheeks means he’s happy nonetheless, “W-wha-How-Why?” he manages to splutter, and Kai commend himself in his self-restraining skills as he does not tackle the shorter male, “Is it spicy?” he asks, instead.

Kyungsoo blushes, fumbling more, “U-Uh n-no?” unsure, of course, and Kai thinks it’s worth a shot.

Twining his fingers with a stuttering Kyungsoo’s, the kimchi soup long forgotten and probably almost burned; Kai reasons with himself for a legitimate reason.

After all, data cannot be completely collected for his little ‘experiment’ with only one trial run, right?
