Looking for a cookie recipe

I want a recipe for crisp, crunchy, go "snap" when you bite them gingersnaps. I used to have one that has somehow inexplicably disappeared and I need a replacement. Everything I've found so far has the words "moist" and/or "chewy? in the descriptions...my husband and I both have the crunchy gingerbread jones and it's getting pretty bad...

::nods:: Yeah, I know about that trick, also decreasing the amount of liquid or flour relative to the fat and sugar. I've done it with other recipes...but they didn't involve significant quantities of molasses. I think I've found a recipe that will work or at least serve as a starting point.

Thank you! It's been a pretty good day so far, not too crazy at work and husband brought me flowers and fixed sashimi for dinner.

BTW, I did eventually find a gingersnap recipe that gave the results I wanted. Yummy, crunchy, lots of ginger...
