Well, here's my most recent progress shot of Gwen to help you find me at Acen. Forgive my not cheery mood but I just tried it on and the tights are the COMPLETELY wrong color...I guess I'll have to get some dye tomorrow and try fixing them...I really don't want to pay another $17 for another pair, and even if I did I can't get them in time...gah I'

Aw =( I don't know the character, but if it's any consolation I think just aesthetically it looks fine because it kind of matches the top. Stockings really shouldn't be that hard to dye though.

Thanks Carly. I thought of that too actually, that by itself it still looks okay, but it's one of those costumes that I'm not expecting to be recognized except by hardcore fans of the game, and they're the ones that may notice something's wrong >_> Oh well, there's always kinks to work out on the first run of a costume anyway :)

ooo good luck dying the tights. I've never had luck because of the spandex in them. maybe you know a secret though XD

haha, I know very few cosplay secrets ^_^;;; I'm gonna see if I can find something at JoAnns maybe I can make some leggings...I really wish I had a not-JoAnns fabric shop around here (that didn't sell everything in the store for $30/yd X_X) But thank you!! <333

hehehe thanks! I like how the faux leather looks too, the only problem is the backside of the material is fuzzy. I had the gloves on for about 10 minutes and my hands were sweating o_o
