The Obligatory Post-Con ACEN report

I don't know why but I am EXHAUSTED from ACEN. Probably because we tried keeping the DCM booth open 24 hours. It was soooo nice not having to cart all the equipment up to our room and back down every night. Normally the up-til-6am shift would have been fine, but there was a cold wind blowing through the hallway CONSTANTLY that just made us

You guys are great fun to hang out with! I wish that it wasn't always stuck at the booth hangage. ;__; But at least it makes it easy for me to find you guys and pester you!

Yeah, I'll admit cons aren't nearly as fun when you're stuck behind a table, but eh, ya gotta make some sacrifices to be press (though there are perks as well of course). I haven't been wanting to go to Otakon, but now that I think about it that's one con where we're guaranteed not to be tied down to one spot :) It is nice that all our friends can find us easily though!

Whee! Thanks for the shoutout - I figured you were so busy that you didn't quite see me hanging out by the booth for a few minutes.

Told our Zelda friends that we SO should've all trudged into the hotel and gotten an epic Zelda shot as we all had our Saturday morning armor on for the gathering. Turned out I didn't even make it to the hotel with everything due to overheating *sighs*.

Yeah Masq was really fun this year and glad to hear you had a good time too!

Actually I did see you!! Once on Saturday I think but I was helping a customer and by the time I was done you were gone again haha. Oh well, it's not like we don't go to all the same cons XD

Overall the masquerade was pretty cool. The Death Note/Saw skit was the best Death Note one I've ever seen, and the Siam from Silent Hill was OMFGCREEPYAWESOME!!!! I think I didn't pay attention to filming the walkon after them because I was so shocked!! That made my night.

The more I stare at the tire truck the more I laugh! lol

Mike hasn't said anything about AMA, but I wanna at least stop by Colossal since it's less than 45 minutes from my house! Mike and Alex have been playing around with the idea of going to Anthrocon though which is the same weekend, and I'm mighty tempted to go out of morbid curiosity XD

I'm curious about this here Sailor Moon skit now... *goes to watch it* Wow. Just.... wow. They're not even doing the right choreography, much less doing it together. Also I didn't listen to the announcers at the start, and it was halfway through the video before I realized that was supposed to be Mako-chan. Here, have a Hikari icon to make it all better XD

additionally: if you ever do start that site I want to help you with it. Might give me something to put my theatre major learnings to good use with. Not like I've found anything useful for it yet XD
