"officially" Ohayocon 2003. Unofficially I made a surprisingly decent Misty from Pokemon for Halloween one year.

omg I didn't cosplay at Ohayocon :O  So that would have to be Youmacon last year.

I pay to go to them, but I try to make them fun. You also go to a lot of cons whereas I don't, so I can see why you'd want it to be free. I've been just going to Ohayocon because it's fun with friends and a little vacation. The con itself hasn't been fun in like 4 years.

I just don't see how taking pictures all day and working the booth is not boring, but you do like taking pics so I dunno.

I agree about your reason for loving cosplay. And I second the worst part about it being none-too-smart fanboys (well, I guess fangirls, but the idea is the same). ^^;

Fanboys/girls can be greatly amusing, but also greatly annoying, especially when they don't take the hint that you want them to go away. That's the worst >_
