Well I thought that since I was awake I would go for a run. I went for a run let me tell you, I ran 6 blocks and walked 2. So all together I did 8 blocks. I think I did good. and strech after wards, the the pain is glactic acid build up because of lack of oxygen, walk it off...DO NOT SIT DOWN after jogging, drink lots of water ect... i can't think of any more to say, oh don't over work yourself, like do a little bit not suddenly do 20 miles... ect just stuff like that...if i think of anything else i'll comment again...

1. dont work out when your soar. you want to run or work out every other day until your body gets used to it. if you dont, and try to do too much too fast, you will get hurt and end up sitting around for two weeks until you can work out again. which is valuable work out time ( ... )
