Some people are just too greedy with others feelings. I wouldn't say you've broken her heart if you only dated for a little while. It would have been worse if you had told her fake feelings that you had toward her. And you're not a jerk, actually I think you're the complete opposite.. too nice for your own good. So if the relationship wasn't too serious then you shouldn't let it get to you. Oh and good luck on prom I hope it's fun, it should be : ) lol at least you guys get to go to prom ya know? But she was taking it really seriously, like saying "I love you" after one week, and talking about spending the rest of our lives with each other and stuff... Kinda scary, if you ask me. But I'm not letting it get to me. She was too young, I don't think she quite understands yet.
