hey guys .. contrary to popular beliefs about new jersey, josh thinks it's a beautiful place and he has a lot of friends, family and history there. so just get up out of his kool-aide, ok?

I refuse to elevate myself from his Kool-Aid. Then again, I've never been to New Jersey - but those who have been speak only in the most dire of tones about it.

thanks for sticking up for me. that's the nicest thing you've done for me in our many year's of friendship.

anyway, scott's never been there, and elias probably hasn't, so their opinions on new jersey are null and void. i don't see how you can make fun of a place you've never been to. it doesn't really make sense when you think about it.

right now, i'm in upstate new york, in the country, at my cousin ellen's house. we've been doing a lot of traveling so far...yankees game, central park, time's square, all around manhattan. it's been cool so far. we're going to be traveling to other parts of new york tomorrow, probably brooklyn, because i've never been there.

New Jersey isn't as bad as everybody makes it out to be. Yes, it does have its bad parts, every state does, but it also has some really beautiful areas (Princeton, NJ). It probably has more nicer areas than Nevada...we're just a big desert, as least they have trees and greenery.
