ishotyourband.com is not a source for you to steal photos, all photos on ishotyourband are copyrighted and you must seek permission from its owner to use them, you will be reported for copyright infringement, have your livejournal account deleted, and be prosecuted a $500.00 fine for any photos that have been stolen from ishotyourband.com

i apologize, i have seen many graphics made with photos from that source and assumed it was okay.
would you like for me to take the graphics with those photos down? (im not sure i even used them, i just put it down when i was looking through my paramore pictures folder)
no copyright infringement was intended and i am sorry. i am making no profit from this work, however, if you direct me to the graphics you are referring to, i will remove them.

If you have any that I did not allready have removed from your site I would advice that you remove them, as if I have to get them removed your account will probably be deleted for multiple copyright infringements.

Please spare me the no copyright infringement intended speech as your site is full of copyright infringements stolen from other photographers. If you do not own a photo, you must seek permission from that owner to use it. Just cause other sites do it does not make it ok. It does not matter if you are not making a profit from it or even if you credit the work, it is illegal to use it unless you have had permission to do so.

1st of all, it is not "my site", actually, it's my livejournal.
as i requested above, please direct me to anything of yours that i has not already been removed, since i have deleted the original photos (so as not to be tempted to use them), i do not know if i still have anything containing your original photos.
i will ask once again that you please show me if i did not remove something you'd like for me to remove. i am not being hostile or refusing to remove something; i am offering. threatening to remove my account is really an invalid argument on your part because i am not arguing, i am telling you i'll remove whatever you want me to. i realize the internet is all about anonymity and power struggle, but you've won, you can stop with the account deleting threats.
