The enchantment will...anything that he wishes on anybody else will happen to him. Good or bad, no matter what it is, it'll happen. I've made sure that he's the only person it'll have any effect on. Nobody else will be compelled to do anything because of this.

He's said to me more than once that he wouldn't care if he was treated like he treats other people. I'm going to see if that's true.
