for some reason.. im miserable here. I dont really know why, i dont particurally not like anything about emerson.. (well scratch that i hate the strictness of their rules), but even though ive made a couple good friends and most of my classes are decent and this school would be benificial to my career no doubt.. im constantly thinking about places ( Read more... )

If you do decide to try and transfer somewhere, here is definitely a good place to do it. The only thing that I would warn about is that people here seem to kind of be like the people you are describing. most are kinda uptight or look liek they wouldnt give you the time of day. although not everyone is like that. my friends are awesome, we have so much fun and we love being crazy. im thinking BU is big enough so that you can find your group of friends no matter what. so many people, so many opportunities to find someone you really click with. BU is awesome though, I really love it here, definitely apply here if you decide to try and transfer. Any questions about BU, feel free to ask budddddy! I'm coming home this weekend too, so if you do come home, maybe I'll see yuh!!!

You sound sad, everything's gonna be alright. At least you're not stuck @ home w/the parentals. I wish I was in a dorm, that's an experience I'll never get. i dont think i can give you any thoughts on transfering
but as for film... you love it.. i guess you could say its your calling.
you dont really have a choice as to where your life goes. if you force it im afraid that youll just hate your job in the end. do what you love + if your hearts into it, you will be in that 10%.
i hope things get better.
