Kerry supports the draft and has said that if elected he will send more troops to Iraq. Bush hasn't decided if he wants to do either yet.

If you base your vote on the draft issue, you're better off voting for Bush, since he is less likely to institute the draft than Kerry is...after all, the new draft idea, was thought up by the democrats, NOT the republicans.
