i've never been in a "group" either. i mainly stick to one good friend at a time but i've never had a best friend. it feels pretty crappy, but if you think about it, its hard to find a quality friend these days. i hate media.

Not true. It's completely possible for a group of people to get along and accept each other. It's the people in the group that make the difference.
