I love this! You did a wonderful job with the prompts and characterization. I especially love the knowing side glances and everyone knows how people feel but the ones who have the thing for someone. Nicely done!

I always liked the idea that Neville was more perceptive than he seemed and knew what was what with all of his friends, but was so good at keeping it a secret that no one ever knew he knew, you know? Being a bit of an outcast in his dorm and seemingly a bit more introverted than the others, it wouldn't surprise me if he had a wealth of insights about our favorite characters that he just kept to himself.

I also think when you like someone, but you have other reasons to be afraid of going for it, you tend to convince yourself that any sign of a return of affection is just you imagining things or reading too much into it, so you don't realize that the other person likes you too! Ginny had a crush on Harry for so long before he liked her that I'm sure she got into the habit of discounting signs from him, and Harry was so busy worrying about Ron and Voldemort that he started doing it to justify not going for it with her.

And well, lets face it, Neville wasn't being particularly subtle about Hannah :D

Thank you!! I'm sorry I'm like four months late in responding to you! I'm so glad you loved it :D Yay! I'm so happy you liked the Wheeze -- I was worried I was going out of my depth trying to invent something that George would invent since I am lame and not at all an awesome prankster like Gred and Forge. Since the entire story pretty much revolves around the mirrors, I'm relieved people like them :D
