The ONLY things I agree with are for the man to start eating better and being more active, himself. If they are living together, chances are that they're eating the same food and have fairly similar activity levels. If one party was to ask for the other's support in their improved lifestyle, it shouldn't be too hard for the both of them to become a little healthier. Everything else on that list is manipulative and does not reflect a healthy relationship. Buying her clothes that don't fit? Not allowing her to eat a normal portion of food? What next, he'll lock her in the basement and only throw down a couple of veggies a day ( ... )

Yeah they may be vegetables but that doesn't sound like a healthy relationship.
