You'd think I'd pay attention...

Ok, here's the setup.  I bought a scratch off ticket over the weekend, and it's worth $1000.  Now, I need to get to the Lottery Office here in town, located on the other side of the city entirely.  No problem, I manage to figure out how to get there by bus, and go this morning...

It seems the TSA wasn't paying attention, either, as they let you through to board the plane to MSY to see me.

I had TSA trouble going to Dallas this summer. The agent thought my ID had expired until I pointed out the renewal sticker on the back. Go figure.

Speaking of flying, I have some pretty aerial shots to show you. Looking for my own Grand Canyon aerials as well.

Many many years ago, back in the dust of time, I had a car. But since 1996, I've lived in areas that had good transit service as well as being able to bicycle to and from places. Living in Houston, however... as much as I can get around this region, a car is essential for some things. Especially if I'm going to visit the wolf refuge north of the area...
